I’ve always believed travel is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. After years of planning unforgettable getaways for friends, colleagues, and family, I turned that passion into Cariveau Travel Solutions—a full-service planning experience built on genuine connection, expert insight, and a love for seeing the world.
I also bring nearly 30 years in Human Resources—including 15+ years in Talent Acquisition—to my work under the broader Cariveau Solutions umbrella. On the executive search side, I provide targeted headhunting for Director-level and above roles. While my deepest network is in hospitality, I also recruit across senior living healthcare, property management, and facility services. I’m known for moving fast, surfacing top talent others miss, and helping organizations place leaders who elevate culture and performance.
